David O’Connell is a lawyer at Chicago Collision Attorneys. He spent most of his life in Chicago before attending Michigan State University for his undergraduate education. Later, he earned his law degree from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, where he made the Dean’s list and received the CALI award for the highest grade in Constitutional Law.

Since becoming a lawyer, David has tried over a dozen jury trials to verdict and has settled or been awarded over $15,000,000 in compensation for his clients. He excels at listening to a client’s goals and crafting an aggressive plan tailored to meet those goals. David prides himself on being transparent and honest with his clients, enabling them to make decisions that best suit their individual needs.

David is admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois and is a member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association. He also holds a Federal license in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
